What Premium Flow actually does

Premium Flow scans a watchlist of publicly traded stocks on a fixed schedule and applies a set of deterministic filters to options contracts — liquidity, bid/ask spread, open interest, volume, delta range, and distance from the current share price. Contracts that pass every filter are published; contracts that fail any of them are not. That is the whole of what the product does.

What grades and scores mean — and do not mean

Grades and the scanner score are rules-based rankings used to compare setups against one another. They are not probabilities of profit, predictions of success, or statements about how likely any particular trade is to work out. A high grade means a setup satisfied more of our criteria than a lower-graded one; it does not mean the trade will be profitable.

The "Why this passed our filters" section on each opportunity describes which checks a contract cleared. It is an explanation of our filtering process, not an endorsement of the trade.

No personalized advice

Premium Flow does not know your financial situation, risk tolerance, tax position, time horizon, or objectives, and nothing it displays is tailored to them. The same information is shown to every user at a given subscription level. Nothing here should be treated as a personalized recommendation.

Options risk

• Selling a cash-secured put obligates you to buy 100 shares at the strike price if the option is assigned — potentially when those shares are worth considerably less.
• The premium you collect is capped; the potential loss on the underlying shares is not.
• Options can expire worthless, be assigned early, or become illiquid.
• Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Premium Flow displays a prominent warning when its data is stale, but you should confirm prices with your broker before trading.
